No. While coaching can feel therapeutic, it’s not therapy. Therapy often explores the past to heal emotional wounds. Coaching focuses on the present and the future — helping you get unstuck, f ind clarity, and take aligned steps forward.
WIND is for anyone — especially young adults — who feel like they’re searching for meaning, struggling with overwhelm, or just want to live more intentionally. You don’t need to be in crisis. You just need to be curious about what’s next.
Each session is an online conversation — led by you, guided by a trained coach. We explore
where you are, where you want to go, and what’s getting in the way. It’s not about having the
“right” answers — it’s about asking better questions.
Yes. Our coaches are trained in the Co-Active Coaching approach — a globally respected model
rooted in deep listening, powerful questioning, and the belief that you are naturally creative,
resourceful, and whole.

methodology.)
That depends on you. Some people come for a few sessions to clarify one decision. Others work over several months for deeper transformation. We’ll co-design the journey based on your goals and rhythm.
No — but it is human. WIND doesn’t follow any religious path, but we do explore depth, meaning, and inner growth. You bring your own beliefs, questions, and worldview. We just make space for them.
You don’t have to be sure. Just apply and tell us where you are — what you’re feeling, what’s on your mind. We’ll read it with care and respond personally. Together, we’ll decide whether WIND is the right space for you right now.

Not at all. Some people come with specific goals; others arrive with just a feeling that something needs to shift. Both are welcome. We’ll help you find your own direction — even if you don’t yet have the words for it.
Yes — completely. Everything you share in coaching stays between you and your coach.
This is your space to speak freely, honestly, and without judgment.
We do not want the money to be a factor in our relationship. So if your application is accepted,
there is no cost for you.
Nope. Just come as you are.
You don’t need to have answers, a plan, or even a clear problem. The session starts wherever you
are — and we take it from there, together.
Yes — as long as we can find a time zone that works. All sessions are held online, so we can
